I JUST PLACE AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

Once we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality checking and packaging. Please allow 1-3 business days of processing for your order to ship out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

This refers to the time for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
For US-based deliveries, orders will be shipped via ePacket (Typically takes 7-14 business days)
For international deliveries, the shipping time may vary (Typically takes 10-30 business days)

There are circumstances that may affect the actual shipping time (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.). While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays our carriers may experience. The delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. Due to this, we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery time. If you do not receive your order within 30 business days, please contact us.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide a tracking service for every order. You will receive your tracking number through email once your item is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe.

When you receive your tracking number, you can always track your order here.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We do ship every item with extra padding. 99.9% of our products arrive in good condition.
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us with:

  • Your email used at checkout
  • Your order number
  • A picture of the damaged product
