Why my orders tracking information does not update for a while?
We are working with well-known carriers. Due to COVID-19, many carriers are experiencing delivery delays now, due to limited flights, social distancing requirements, and increased parcel volumes. Therefore, it may happen that the tracking information is sometimes not updating for a period until it arrives in your country. But no worries, your order is still in transit, and is on the way to your address.
