We ship most of our products worldwide. However, some specific items cannot be shipped to some countries because of shipping limitations from our warehouse location. But we are working towards this and always improving our shipping methods!
Once we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality checking and packaging. Please allow 1-3 business days of processing for your order to ship out.

We provide a tracking service for every order. You will receive your tracking number through email once your item is shipped. When you receive your tracking number, you can always track your order on our Order Tracking Page.
If you just received the shipment notification email / SMS, the parcel is shipped and on the way. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update.
If the tracking shows that the package already arrived at your country but isn't moving, then most likely it is being held at the local post office or customs. Please check and contact your local post office if this is the case to retrieve your packages.
Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions and Paypal. This is to ensure our customers get their consumer protection and also our business is validated.

Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking "Add to Cart". You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.
Yes! You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click "Add to Cart" and go back to the product page you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" on that item as well before proceeding to "Enter Shipping Address" to finalize your order.
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@xigoeshop.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
