All of our transactions are based in US Dollars in default. We also support transactions in other currencies (CAD, AUD, GBP, EUR, HKD, NZD, etc.). If you checkout with your local currency, you can change it in the currency selector in the footer section (bottom of the page). The prices will then automatically converted based on the foreign exchange rate.

Yes! You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click "Add to Cart" and go back to the product page you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" on that item as well before proceeding to "Enter Shipping Address" to finalize your order.
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
Once we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality checking and packaging. Please allow 1-2 business days of processing for your order to ship out.
This refers to the time for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
For international deliveries, it usually takes 7 – 14 working days to arrive US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, and these 38 countries.
For other countries that are not listed above, it may take 8 – 20 working days to arrive.
For Hong Kong local deliveries, it may take 1 – 2 working days to arrive.
There are circumstances that may affect the actual shipping time (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.). While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays our carriers may experience. The delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. Due to this, we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery time.
We provide a tracking service for every order. You will receive your tracking number through email once your item is shipped. When you receive your tracking number, you can always track your order on our Order Tracking Page.
If you just received the shipment notification email / SMS, the parcel is shipped and on the way. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update.
If the tracking shows that the package already arrived at your country but isn't moving, then most likely it is being held at the local post office or customs. Please check and contact your local post office if this is the case to retrieve your packages.
No worries - slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package. Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
